If you access 55th Degree to transfer funds to an55th Degree account holder through the 55th Degree features, you authorize the sharing of your name, the status of your gift, and the amount of the transfer with the recipient 55th Degree account holder. In addition, we use third party payment processors to complete the financial transaction on our behalf. The use of personal information by those processors is governed by their privacy policies, which will be made available during the 55th Degree transfer process.
